Clear information for every order.

Payment methods depend on your account, order and collection or delivery option. Only the methods offered at checkout are available for that order.

Credit Card & Debit Card

Where card payment is offered at checkout, you can pay securely through our payment provider. The provider displays the supported card options and guides you through payment authorisation.

Apple Pay / Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay can be used when offered by the payment provider for your device, browser and account. Follow the wallet instructions to authorise the payment; availability is confirmed on the payment screen.

PayPal

You can pay securely using PayPal where it is offered at checkout. Follow the PayPal instructions to authorise your payment and return to the store to complete your order.

3D SECURE AUTHENTICATION

Your card issuer or payment provider may request 3-D Secure or another authentication step. Complete the requested checks and follow the payment screen instructions to return to the store.

Currency

All our product prices are set in Euro and all orders are charged in Euro. The amount you will actually be charged will be displayed in Euro on the Secure Payment Page.

Please note that any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities!

PAYMENT AUTHORISATION

Payment is authorised by the selected payment provider. Your card or wallet details are handled by the relevant provider; we do not request or store full card numbers on our site. An order is accepted when we confirm it, subject to stock, pricing and fraud-prevention checks.

REFUNDS AND PAYMENT REVERSALS

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method unless another method is agreed. The time for funds to appear can depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

SECURITY CHECKS

3-D Secure or equivalent checks may be required for online card or wallet payments. If authorisation is unsuccessful, choose another available payment method or contact our team. For bank-transfer orders, follow the payment instructions and status supplied with your order.
