Before opening, check that the product, flavour, size and quantity match your order.

Once a sealed supplement or consumable is opened, it cannot be returned simply because you do not like the taste or selected the wrong flavour or size.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the product is faulty, damaged or unsafe.

Our voluntary returns window is 30 days from purchase. Eligible online orders also have a statutory 14-day cancellation period from delivery.

Return reason:

Damaged or Faulty Product

There are no costs involved in returning goods as we will provide a return label. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund. Do not dispose of the packaging or item.

Incorrect Product or Flavour Received

Change of Mind or Incorrect Product Ordered

If you are not happy with a product, please return it unopened and we will refund your credit card or PayPal with the price of the product excluding shipping charges. We cannot accept goods back if you have opened the product and simply do not like the taste. Where the product has been opened, it cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.

STATUTORY 14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT

For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you want to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Use our Return Form or contact us in writing. This right is separate from our voluntary 30-day returns window.

SEALED PRODUCTS AND HYGIENE

Opened sealed supplements, food products and similar consumables cannot be returned under the statutory cancellation right where they are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. This does not affect claims for faulty or damaged goods.

CONDITION OF GOODS

Please return goods securely packed and with their original packaging where possible. Refunds may be reduced only to reflect handling beyond what would be allowed in a shop.
